Lol, I wish for a swap like this. But I'd just be greatful to get the Audi back on the road with a normal engine. Funnily enough, Kev has an A6 C5 with a 2.5tdi ayb 150bhp engine which could be suitable if all parts are swapped over from the donor. Hoping to view it between Christmas and New year 🙂

If it keeps blowing fuses then I'd recommend getting an auto electrician to take a look -

If there are aftermarket ones then your best bet would be to look at websites such as darkside developments, Revo etc.

No probs at all. I'd definitely look at the items I've described. Ideally a more advanced scanner might show so e more codes. When you cleared the code could you drive normally? Or did it come back?

Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 This could be an issue with the clutch pack (similar to a manual car) but you could also look to see when the gearbox oil was last changed and get that done as it can make gears smoother. Obviously you can't also rule out issues with driveshafts. -
Hi Mark, on a lot of the diesels the aftermarket induction kits don't offer any benefit other than increased heat soak. Just got an upgraded panel filter from k&n or pipercross etc

The could be caused by a faulty injector, high pressure fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator or purge valve. Is the car misfiring? Have you cleared the fault and tried to start it?

Have you looked at eBay or AliExpress for the mudflaps? Regarding the bulbs make sure they're the type that won't throw up a bulb out message.

That is an odd one. I'd definitely suspect battery. I'm assuming it's just one sensor?

Most likely the battery in one of the sensors is failing. Alternatively you could get a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up

Where have you tried so far? You could try eBay including international sellers, autodoc or AliExpress or Audi. -
They are expensive and kown to fail/stretch. You have to ask the question why did the 3rd ow we trade it in? Dont bother with taking out a warranty though as most aren't worth the paper they're written on. Check YouTube for buyers guides. Spec will be good. But if you want sat nav make sure it has it as it's an expensive upgrade.

In that case I'd definitely say changing the oil is pointless as you've done it recently. You should be fine to drive it for it's diagnosis but take it easy.
