  1. I'd avoid it if you can in my opinion but if you have adblue it'll lower your tax. The adblue level is measured by how many times the fuel filler flap is opened I believe. Cheers Steve
  2. Hi, yes the bulbs can be replaced but I believe Audi will want approx £180 per bulb from you. Cheers Steve
  3. I'd look on eBay first for cars being broken and in failing that ring round your local breakers. Cheers Steve
  4. Think all main dealer service departments are the same. Usually there's a 4 week wait on courtesy cars. Age old story, too many cars going wrong and not enough service advisors and technicians to fix them! Cheers Steve
  5. Hi Robin, if this has been fitted as an aftermarket item then I think you'd be better boff contacting your local webasto supplier as I don't think the car would throw up a fault code in my opinion Cheers Steve
  6. Hi Raza, removing the silencers will make it slightly louder but I'd say you'd be better off with a stainless steel custom system to be honest. Cheers Steve
  7. Hi Scott, just scroll down for the parts for sale wanted section 🙂
  8. Great update Sean. Thanks for the info and glad you got sorted 🙂 cheers Steve
  9. Welcome to the forum Steve, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 key thing with the a8 d3 is electrical issues due to being such a high spec car. Just make sure all the toys work as they can be expensive to fix. Cheers Steve
  10. Welcome to the forum Alistair, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 great car history by the way 🙂 cheers Steve

  14. Hi Simon, The W12 is a gorgeous car and only in LWB form. Not economical though! A well serviced engine is key for the W12. If you need to economy then the 4.2 diesel would be a nice compromise and again service history is key. For the nicer toys I'd recommend the LWB version. To be fair you'll probably know a8 models better than me. Cheers Steve
  15. That looks like it'll need to go to a body shop as it covers two panels. Why isn't it going through insurance? Cheers Steve
  16. Hi Mel, as your a6 is a c6 and not a c5 id advise you look at getting a diagnostic check carried out. Cheers Steve
  17. Hi Stephen please see my response to your other nthread 🙂 cheers Steve
  18. Hi Stephen, I believe this to be the case. My advice would be to go for a genuine Audi turbo either new or reconditioned as some of the aftermarket turbos have been known to fail within a year. Cheers Steve
  19. Hi Jon, Ive had a look online including the Audi website and can't seem to see any for sale. Which I find weird to be honest. Cheers Steve
  20. Hi Kevin I don't believe the feature applies to the roof unfortunately. And I think it's only hard top VAG cars that have the feature I believe. Cheers Steve
  21. I saw that too Paul. I'll be interested to see if any claims are approved.
