  1. I don't think you'll know unless you dismantle the engine. It might just have damaged the chain. It sounds like you're handy, so it might be worth carrying on.with your initial plan.
  2. I believe it can, but I'd get an auto electrician to do it.
  3. It could be the heater matrix or the heater control. You might have to take it to Audi or an Audi independent garage.
  4. Hi Joel, it might be worth getting an auto electrician to.take a look. As it can only be the float or the gauge in my opinion.
  5. This video might help 🙂
  6. I'd look at changing that first and see if it resolves the issue.
  7. Welcome to the forum Chris, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂

  12. What did Audi the dealer say when this is the second time it's happened? A good way to tell if the car has had a major service will be to.loook at the air filter or pollen filter as these should be clean.

  15. My advice would be to contact your dealer who you placed the order from.
  16. When was the gearbox oil.last changed? Have you done a diagnostic check on it?
  17. I'd say yes it's more to go wrong but you shouldn't have any suspension issues on a 43k car in my opinion.
  18. Sorry to hear that. You might have to bite the bullet and get a garage to do it
  19. Glad it's all fixed ☺️ fingers crossed it stays that way 👍
  20. You won't be disappointed, i.love mine. The stickers are a common issue. They like to wear out front suspension arms.
  21. Wow that's bad. I've never seen that on a c6 before. It's not been in a crash before and been repaired?
  22. I'd check the wiring under the front seats as this seems to be a common Audi issue.
  23. Definitely worth a shot with the eBay option. Check the feedback though. The steering wheel is easy to remove but remember to disconnect the battery and leave it disconnected for at least 30 mins before removing it.
  24. They're solid cars as long as they've been maintained. Full service history is key. This video might help:
