  1. Welcome to the forum Steve, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 You've chosen one hell of a rare colour. Only finding none purple one for sale on eBay/autotrader but with a black interior. Might be worth you speaking to your local Audi dealer to get them to keep an eye out for you. Cheers Steve
  2. Hi Lee, is the speaker working? I'm surprised the speaker would go on such young car. Alternatively if it has a bracket has that broken, or is the speaker grill causing it? I say that as a4 had a recall for rattling speakers grills. I know the q7 have a similar issue with rattling speakers usual when Bluetooth is used. Is it happening with certain music or when making calls etc. Also if it's happening when you're using an iPod I'm wondering if it's due to the volume being turned up too loudly on the car or iPod or similar device. In that case it's recommend to turn down the volume on your phone or iPod then turn up the volume on the car stereo. See if that helps. Hope that makes sense. Cheers Steve

  4. Audi factory driver Mike Rockenfeller has initiated a virtual racing series under the motto #RaceHome, which will be held on the PlayStation 4 with the fully-electric Audi e-tron Vision Gran Turismo. The proceeds will be used for a good cause. Once a week, fans of the Audi brand and SimRacing professionals will be competing against the six Audi DTM drivers: Loïc Duval, Jamie Green, Nico Müller, Robin Frijns, René Rast and Mike Rockenfeller. “Since there are no real races happening at the moment, because of the corona crisis, SimRacing is experiencing an incredible boom,” says the 2013 DTM champion. “We are deliberately going our own way: #RaceHome is focusing on sports cars with electric drive and is therefore in line with Audi’s focus topic in the change of mobility. We have decided on a console game because we can reach a particularly large community in this way.” PlayStation Network members have the opportunity to compete against the Audi DTM stars on #RaceHome. They can win a spot on the grid each week by developing and publishing a design for the Audi e-tron Vision Gran Turismo in conjunction with #AudiTogether and #WeStayHome. The most creative design will win. The jury consists of the six Audi DTM drivers. #RaceHome wants to generate as many donations as possible to be used for charity projects within the motorsport family. “There are many freelancers in motorsport who have lost their income from one day to the next and are fearing for their own existence,” says Rockenfeller. That’s why it will be possible to bid for a spot on the grid every week. All of the races of the #RaceHome charity racing series can be seen on the free live streaming channel at www.twitch.tv/visionrcco. The first race is on Tuesday, 21 April at 8 p.m. (CEST). 5. If it's a known fault with various complaints then that's good if they're all being recorded at Audi. Regarding a video, record it and then upload it via the buttons at the bottom of the reply box. Cheers Steve
  6. Now that is a beauty. I do love the Quattro but my favorite Audi's are the high performance estates such as the s2, rs6 c5 etc. But also love the 80 (all body forms) and allroad.
  7. Nice one. It'll certainly help when you're fitting other mods. Probs best going for an upgraded exhaust next then remap 👍 Cheers Steve
  8. Another good video Thomas, very well specc'd car indeed. Cheers Steve
  9. Good video Tom, thanks for sharing 🙂
  10. I agree, the technicians will know their stuff where as the liaison manager will just be looking at paperwork. You could always get a second opinion from another Audi dealer, ideally one from.a different franchise to that of the one you normally use. And/or a local independent Audi specialist.
  11. Keep an.eye on.our Audi news section as I'll try and update it regularly 🙂
  12. Funnily enough I added this article under news section today 😉 great article.
  13. You're welcome 😊 hope you stay safe too.
  14. Now if Audi entered Nascar racing then they'd be a manufacturer I could get behind. I do love Nascar, it's more than just cars going around in a circle you know 😉
  15. Hi Barry welcome to the forum, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 😊 I believe FMIC won't increase bhp or torque but will keep the intake temperature lower. The TT has two corner ones as standard if I'm.not mistaken. The main benefit will be when you start applying other mods such as remaps, induction kits, sports exhausts etc thus meaning you're putting less strain on components once the FMIC is fitted. Also I know that the 225bhp model standard intercoolers can cope with 300bhp. Not sure what the max the 180bhp standard intercoolers can take but probably 220bhp at a very guess. Cheers Steve
  16. You're welcome, hope it's helped make your decision easier 🙂
  17. I had a similar issue abd it was the drivers door lock mechanism which was at fault as it controls the remaining doors. An an auto electrician take a look and cost me £120 to fix. Cheers Steve
  18. Hi Dee as long as it's got steering wheel controls the it should go straight on. I believe the airbag wiring connector is the same too. Cheers Steve
  19. Could be a faulty alarm control module. I wouldn't advise disconnecting it incase it's connected to the imobiliser. My advice would be to get an auto electrician to take a look. Cheers Steve
  20. Is it an SD card type? If so you might get away with buying one on eBay. If it's hardwired in then I believe Audi have to plug the car into a computer linked directly to Audi in Germany to get the upgrade. Cheers Steve
  21. Did Audi ever get to the bottom of this for either of you? Cheers Steve
  22. Welcome to the forum Allan, sorry there's been a delay in answering your question. I believe a 2015 grill should fit. But bear in mind the SE grill May differ from the S-Line grill. Cheers Steve
