You're best bet is to get the system pressure checked and trgassed first.

You'd be better getting a remap done here on a rolling road in my opinion. That way the map can be tailored to the car and your requirements

My brother and friend have used powerflow exhausts and been happy with the results.

To be fair I think that's not too bad for a price. Does include brake fluid changes and AC cleans etc? Don't forget you could be due a cambelt change soon if it's not been done already.
