  1. Hi Chris, I've found this YouTube video which may help :) Cheers Steve
  2. As the title says, I've found this website which should help c7 owners find their fuseboxes and what each fuse is for. http://knigaproavto.ru/shemy/en/audi/a6/28-audi-a6-c7-2012-fuse-box-diagram.html Hope it's useful :) Cheers Steve
  3. Lol 😁 Here's a new one.
  4. Hi Matt, I'm assuming there is no visible damage to your car in light of the bang you heard? As Audi want to charge you for a new light unit, I'm assuming they gave done a diagnostic check to confirm that it is the light unit at fault? If it is the light unit at fault then it will probably be worth you asking Audi if there is any factory good will (discount) that can be applied. The dealer will basically ask Audi the if any discount can be applied . I mention this as in my opinion a rear light unit shouldn't have failed within 5 years. I've also found this website that shows you where the fuseboxes are located and what the fuses are for your car. Here's the link: http://knigaproavto.ru/shemy/en/audi/a6/28-audi-a6-c7-2012-fuse-box-diagram.html Hope I've helped Cheers Steve
  5. Hey Steve, Here is a thread I did about the virtual cockpit: But you do raise an interesting question. Obviously the virtual cockpit is a very expensive option but I would assume it would be the same screen and features regardless if it it fitted to a S or RS Audi. Sorry I can't help more. Cheers Steve
  6. Lol captain America. Can you believe I was going to ask you if it was a marvel film but I didn't because I've asked that on every single one you've posted lol 😂
  7. Hi John, I've found these 2 YouTube videos which may help. I'm unsure which MMI you have hence the 2 videos. Sorry I can't help more. Cheers Steve
  8. Oo I may need that as I'm struggling on this one!!
  9. Hi Ken, Have you had the battery tested at all? I ask this because when a battery is failing it can cause all sorts of electrical faults can occur. If that's the case it would be worth replacing the battery. If the battery is fine then the next question that needs to be asked is why has your a4 gone flat? To answer this it might be worth you getting a diagnostic check carried out. It also might be worth you taking the car for a good drive to see if that resets the esp light and will give the battery some good charge. Sorry I can't help more. Cheers :) Steve
  10. Hey Dragos, I'm assuming you've changed the injectors that are said to be at fault? Have you tried the leads? Cheers Steve
  11. Hmm, is it a well known film?
  12. Oo looks very nice Sean and looks in good condition despite the eml.light :) Good man for being into proper land rovers :) my dad had a 90 and we loved it!! Ours was a 1996 CSW 300tdi in green. As seen in the pics :) We do miss having it.to be honest!
  13. oo haven't heard of that place, what's there? We went to the spa motor museum nearby when we were there. We were staying in Brussels so ended up traveling to yepres as well.
  14. Nice one! That'll be a good trip :) I was hoping on a road trip this year but I think it'll be next year due to all the other holidays I'm having. When you were in Belgium did you go to Spa race circuit?
  15. Fair point lol 😂 I'm going to look really bad here, buy what model of Audi is that?! I'm going to guess a US film?
  16. Gareth raises a good point about bodging and depending on how bad the arches are they sometimes can be filled with filler. I was offered this option with my wings and could do it for half the price of the new ones. I was advised by the body shop that this could only last a couple of years before the wings would definitely need replacing. The reason why I didn't mention this earlier is because I don't like bodging but I guess it's all a personal thing. Cheers Steve
  17. Glad you had a great time Steve :) I loved my road trip to France and Belgium last year :) here's the thread to my road trip: I'd love to visit Germany and Rotterdam next :) By the way I've moved this thread to the road trip section as I felt it more appropriate. I hope you don't mind. Also I was unable to open the pics but I wonder if that's because Ive tried to open them on a mobile phone. Cheers Steve
  18. Welcome to the forum Bradley, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) I've heard EBC pads are good as well as Goodrich stainless steel brake lines. Unsure on what brake fluid to use but I suspect the standard stuff will be fine, unless you are putting in serious track time. Cheers Steve
  19. Welcome to the forum Paul, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) Excluding looking on eBay and scrapyards I'd say give Auto Glass a call. I believe they do various types of vehicle glass and they're Nationwide. Cheers Steve
  20. Welcome to the forum Dave, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) Yep it's a common issue on various vag cars from this era including the a4, a6, golf, Passat amongst others. They rust because vag put foam inserts between the wing and wheel arch liner which obviously fill with water and thus, cause the rust. I had my wings replaced 18months ago and it cost me around £1000 so I'd say this is fair (I can look through the invoices to see exactly how much if you're interested) that price you'll be looking at pattern wings (non Audi) and the cost will include the wings, primer, paint, lacquer, blending in and labour. If the cars a good one then I'd say have them changed :) Hope I've helped :) Cheers Steve
  21. That's cheating lol but I'll let you have it 😉 It was neighbours :) Here's the next one and our first Audi 90 on this thread! The clue, it's another UK crime drama :)
  22. Hey Steve, I'm assuming the screen is working as normal? I'm not the best when it comes to MMI systems as my Audi predates this. However it might be worth you resetting your MMI unit to see if that solves the problem. Here's a YouTube video to show you how: In failing that I'd advise a diagnostic check to see what fault codes flag up. Sorry I can't help more Cheers Steve
  23. Yes I can! It's outrageous really!! Oo, sorry. I think Ive missed that topic. But truthfully I'm not the best when it comes to MMI knowledge. My Audi predates that. I'll have a look and see if there's anything I can advise. Cheers Steve
  24. Any guesses??
