  1. That's the same part number I've found. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/134839609703?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=mHShiJT5Ts2&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=IE07kO4STZy&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
  2. I'd recommend looking on eBay or Audi. Alternatively can't you get yours painted?
  3. Unfortunately you're not alone, customer service is something of a rarity these days.
  4. Tfl are out to rob people. You will definitely need the certificate of conformity
  5. I'd definitely be looking at the clutch master cylinder I think.
  6. So sorry to hear about this Steve I know how it feels as the same thing happened to my wife's astra (also electronic handbrake) on our wedding day! It rolled off into another car ina carpark as she went in to get her flowers.
  7. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 nice colour audi 🙂
  8. Thanks for the update, glad insurance paid out promptly
  9. Very nice 👍
  10. Hi Alan, I suspect you'll get a warning regarding the seatbelts etc.
  11. Could be an issue with the gearbox module or an issue with the selector.
  12. This is a common, well documented issue. My advice is to contact your local Audi dealer. They're currently working on an update for the mmi software
  13. Very unlikely the door mechanism is to blame. Could it be an issue with the crank sensor, turbo, maf, injector or lambda sensor as guesses.

  16. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up
  17. Please keep us posted on how you get on. Giving Audi a ring might not be a bad shout
  18. What kind of noise?
  19. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Could be an issue with the heater matrix or with the heaters temp sensor etc. Also is the engine temperature normal (90 degrees). If not could the thermostat be failing?
  20. It's shocking main dealer can't diagnose it. I'd definitely recommend a second opinion.
  21. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Also how old is the cars battery? I ask as a failing battery can cause cars to have various unusual electrical issues. By the way you're English is fine 🙂
  22. Most likely a loose wire under one of the front seats, most likely the passenger seat. Quite a common problem
  23. Glad you got sorted 🙂
  24. As you've paid for the repair and Audi haven't actually repaired it then it needs to go back to them.
