  1. They claim it's sealed for life but It can be serviced and should be at 40k. I'd recommend you look at an independent Audi specialist
  2. Did any liquid come out of it when you cut it? I'm wondering if it could be a breather pipe.
  3. What engine is your c6?
  4. Odd though as the trip reset etc shouldn't have an impact on the mmi.
  5. Have you checked the sensor for dirt? I'd also recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up
  6. Could it be the suspension arm? Or engine mount?
  7. Has the battery been coded to the car?
  8. I'd recommend checking YouTube
  9. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂
  10. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. As it could be an issue with the mad sensor, lambda sensor, cam sensor. What's the oil consumption like?
  11. You could look at darkside developments
  12. You could have a look at sach or Luk they're both trusted brands.
  13. Please keep us posted on how you get on
  14. On the A6 C5 the egr cooler has been known to put oil into the coolant system. I appreciate its a different engine though. As you bought it ROM a dealer within 30 days you're entitled to a full refund.
  15. Have you had a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up? Has the cabin had an ingress of water at all? The ECU could be at fault, you could get it sent away to be tested.
  16. Should be a great tow car.
  17. Water ingress is caused by blocked battery drain holes under the scuttle panel or cracked pollen filter housing. I've had both issues. Yes good point. But bare in mind instrument clusters can fail. I'd definitely recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up.
  18. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Worse case scenario is that the instrument cluster is failing
  19. You should 12 month guarantee on work Audi has done so if they haven't fixed it then definitely take it back. Especially as it's still under warranty
  20. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch. I believe coding started coming in from 2007. So I believe your battery will need coding.
  21. Please keep us posted on how you get on. It is annoying when the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing so to speak.
  22. If recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. You're right to suspect the pump. But could this also be an imobiliser issue? The pump talks to the ECU, instrument cluster and key which all talk to each other to get the car to start. Have you but any chance got wet carpets at all? I ask as wet carpets can cause ccm failure.
  23. As the car is still under warranty they should do a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up
  24. Have you done a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up on the mmi?
