  1. Welcome to the forum Ross :) You'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) I've found this link that lists the Tyre pressures for all modern Audi's. You just need to find yours on the list :) https://www.puretyre.co.uk/tyre-information/tyre-pressures/audi-tyre-pressures/ Hope I've helped :) Cheers Steve
  2. Well I think k both of you need to come together to show this problem. Dunlop and the media would be more interested in both of your stories. I agree with Gareth on this one. Media wise auto express are always highlighting dealer/component issues in features in every issue. Might be worth you both coming together and talking to them. Hope IV helped :) Cheers Steve
  3. Audi do charge a lot but I guess they know it's something that is high in demand! £100 is a rough figure. I mean when I worked for Volkswagen in a service department it would cost from £55 upwards. Oh the a7 is far better than the bmw. Better lines and better drivetrain in my opinion. But. I also feel the a7 is more premium than the bmw. I'm honestly not being biased as I have also worked at a car supermarket so I have driven a wide range! You're most welcome :) Please keep us posted on how you get on :) Cheers Steve
  4. Oh course Graham not a problem :)
  5. Hi Matt welcome to the forum :) You'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) If you have the second key and just need it programing then Audi will probably charge you around £100. This needs to be done by Audi I believe. To order a brand new key and have it programmed it would cost you around £300! Hope IV helped and glad your pleased with your a7 :) they are lovely cars :) Cheers Steve

  12. Sunday 6th May 2018 will again see one of the biggest Volkswagen shows of the year. Stanford Hall. I appreciate this isn't an Audi show even though there is a decent amount of Audi's in attendance and I'm intending to go. Is anyone else interested? Tickets are £10pp and under 14 are free. Highlights include: Concourse d'elegance Trade stands Club displays Live band Children's funfair Various Audi clubs do attend and I'm happy to arrange a club display if people are interested. I would need to have guaranteed numbers as I have to pay for booking a pitch. The show is a great event and is one of my favorites. Let me know if you're interested :) The list so far: 1. Steve q +1 2. Niedzial1983 3. Paul a6 4. Southampton Graham Cheers Steve

I think you'd also be better off using an Audi specialist or VAG specialist. With these you get knowledgeable people for a specific brand as as them usually using genuine parts but fitting them and diagnosing problems cheaper than the main dealer Cheers Steve

Welcome to the forum Graeme :) You'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) Sorry to hear you're having a bad experience with your local Audi dealer. If it were me I'd be leaving my car with Audi and having g a courtesy car and not return it untill the faults are sorted. Then you have leverage because I assure you they'll want the courtesy car back as soon as possible. If you are not having h much look with Audi customer services tell them that you'll take your complaints to another party. Such as trading standards (if applicable) or you could contact auto express magazine. They often have features of poor experiences of customers at main dealers. You could see if they are willing to investigate your complaint? Sorry I can't help more Cheers Steve
