  1. Erm, that was a clue?! Lol
  2. That's not good!
  3. Welcome to the forum Mark :) youll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) when I was working at a car supermarket I got to drive a mixture from both lakes and their varying models including the a7. For me I found the a7 to be a far nicer car both from the outside and inside compared to the bmws :) i would suspect the a7 should be more economical and have lower tax. Compared to the x5. Cheers steve
  4. Just to let members know, iv tidyied up this topic by hiding some of posts. Just makes it easier for members to filter through to get the info :)
  5. Go one then, give us a clue :)
  6. Darn it lol. Is it like a hitman or 007 film?
  7. Is this a marvel film?
  8. Whilst doing research into Audis history I can across an unusual connection between Audi and Ayrton Senna. Let me explain... Audi of Brazil was created on the 18th November 1993 when Senna signed a cooperation agreement with Audi AG. Through Senna's importation and sales business he would bring the Audi brand to the Brazilian nation for the first time. At the time of this agreement Senna was already a 3 time formula one world Champion. The inportation started in April 1994 with an event held at the Congonhas airport in São Paulo shortly after the Brazilian Grand Prix. The next day, Senna introduced the current Audi products to journalists at the Interlagos circuit. Senna naturally had his own Audi daily Driver which was a 1994 S4 avant C4. This model eouldnlater be rebadged as the s6. Sadly only after a month of operation Senna was sadly killed at Italy's Imola Autodrome circuit. Despite the sad loss of Senna the his brother continued the business that Senna started and by the end of 1994 1,474 Audis had been imported and in 1995 this figure rose to 3,072. The cooperation agreement continued to grow along with sales and by 2005 a deal was struck between Senna's family and Audi AG where by the importation business was absorbed into the Audi group. 9. Nope! In the team one of them is blue and one is a rock!
  10. KW must be a European or German thing. I just don't get the sense to change a badging structure they've had in place for around 20 years.
  11. Now That is true
  12. Piotr, if you go on the Audi Driver international website and go to the menu tab it will give you a drop down list. Cluck on the "buy tickets" tab and it will give you two options: buy tickets or club registration. Click the option of club registration. Click on that and it will ask you to select your club from a drop down box. We are audiownersclub.com (sorry to state the obvious but there's a couple of orher audi owner clubs on there) once you select your club it will ask for a password which is AOCtickets. This will bring you to the options page which includes: general tickets, track time, sales pitch and concours. Select whuch one you want and then it will take you to the next tab called extras. This is seeing if you want to subscribe to the magazine. Once you've past that you'll come to the check order and then it will take you to the payment screen. Hopefully this link works: https://autometrix.flameconcepts.systems/group Hope that's helped :) cheers steve
  13. Gotcha! A waiting customer get priority on thr day it's booked in by the way :) doesn't surprise me they are all over booked! It seems to be the VAG groups policy to do that! I know this as I used to work in a Volkswagen service department.
  14. Paul iv named them all but the one this pic relates too! Lol and I'd love to see an Audi in the guardians of the galaxy 2! But to be fair they did have a huber rare Vw 411 fastback in it! Awesome foursome, who the hell are they lol. Do You give up yet?
  15. Now you've just given up! They fight in a group if that helps?!
  16. Lol true! What makes it worse is that it's based on KW not bhp!
  17. So today Coventry transport museum have emailed me back with available dates. These are: sat 16th September, Sunday 17th september, Saturday 30th September or Sunday 1st October. Saturday 16th September is Audi Driver international at castle Combe which I'm attending. But the other dates should be good for me :) Are these dates any good?
  18. Right. Iv bought my tickets! Who else has bought theirs?
  19. Lol early bird catches the worm! :p it's going to get slightly confusing!
  20. Nope! Try again! :p
  21. Lovely a3 Nathaniel :) shame to hear about your dealer experience but to be fair your not the only one :/ your best bet would be to take your car to an independent garage. I'm sure they could do it cheaper anyway. By any chance were you wanting a courtesy car? Normally the average wait time to get booked in at a VAG dealer is a couple of weeks.
  22. Nope! Try again all ;)
  23. I share your point Rob and I did tell Trevor of his grave error on the car list lol. However he said this poll is for the high performance Audis and he will be doing a new poll for run of the mill stuff later one ;)
  24. I'm in the same boat as you Brad! Il have to find a museum for mine lol
