I'd be speaking to Audi customer services asap. This should definitely be a warranty job. Makes me wonder if the car has got damaged in transit on the way to the dealer.
You could also try contacting the motoring ombudsman but this is a long process (6 months plus).
Also if you bought it on finance then it might be worth speaking to the finance company, stating your case that the car is not fit for purpose and want a refund/end early etc. The finance company then should do a battle with Audi.
Also research your consumer law. In the UK if there's a fault with a product (including cars) with the first 6 months of purchase then in the eyes of the law the defect was there at the time of sale and it's the responsibility of the seller to prove otherwise. After 6 months it's the other way around.
