  1. They're bonded in, I managed to find one on eBay. Contact this chap on this listing called Julius. I've bought various bits from him for my c5. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/163720125396?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=J_mXsPy2Qdi&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=IE07kO4STZy&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
  2. You could try the diff or map sensor as they'll be cheaper than the egr cooler to replace
  3. If bought from a dealer then they should fix the issue FOC in the first 30 days after purchase. As you're entitled to a full refund within that time.
  4. Also I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up
  5. I'd always say bodywork is worth while doing to preserve the car if you like it. Sometimes eurocarparts have offers on wings etc. But I can see where the body shop are coming from regarding the car not having a lot of value and thus not doing. However I've never had a body shop say that to me, as they should not question why you want the work done unless they don't want the job?
  6. Have you checked to see if the air filter is wet at all?
  7. You might need a different wiring harness which I think you'll be able to get from kufatec.
  8. You could try paying for the service from companies on eBay.
  9. I'd go for prefacelift, get one as closer year to yours as possible. Or that's what I'd do.
  10. I'd recommend you take the door card off and see if the mechanism has jammed that way or handle come detached.
  11. The float/level sensor could be stuck I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up.

  14. Visiting the war graves in France was one of the biggest eye openers I've ever had. They must be remembered. Regarding the word thank you, people have become more selfish a Nd less likely to use manners. My great gran always said manners cost nothing.

    Run Flats?

The A4 space saver kit should fit the A5 FYI.
  18. Have you looked at the bilstein kits? They're often with eibach springs.
  19. Is the little hole below the filler neck blocked? It's a hole that's supposed to be a drain.
  20. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Could be an issue with the key, ccm or instrument cluster
  21. I suspect the superb one would be very similar in design and fitment to be honest

  23. You'll need to get a certificate of conformity from Audi which is free of charge. email the address as below with VIN number of your vehicle, name and full postal address. cocrequests@vwg.co.uk
  24. If you've bought it with finance I'd recommend you speak to the finance company. Advise them the car isn't fit for purpose due to the faults. They might fight your corner to get the finance agreement cancelled under the terms of not fit for purpose. This will cause Audi to fix the car or if it can't relieve you of it.
  25. Sorry to hear of this. Hope they've given you a courtesy car! Are they changing the gear selector?
