As the title says, let's see your pics of Audis from all corners of the world. The 2 rules are: 1. No internet pics i.e. From google images. 2. Pics from the UK don't count. Il start from Audis at Spa in Belgium.

It's a marvel film and the character is connected to the X Men :)

Front anti roll bar - cannot find one for sale anywhere!

Wow, you are unlucky! That's the kind of luck I'd have! But as you say on the plus side I'm glad you got sorted and the silver lining is that without going through this chaos you would not have realised the real cause of the knocking noise. It's also allowed to check the condition of other components such as the driveshaft which can only be a good thing :) Your a6 looks in great condition for its age and you've done the right thing not scrapping it. My a6 isn't special either (just a se 2.5tdi) but just like you it means the world to me. In my case my dad bought it new in 2002 and it's covered 323,500 miles on the original engine and gearbox and has never been used as a taxi. It has been around the whole of the uk and also to France and Belgium. Your a6 will soon be a classic and I'm sure they're a rare site in Gibraltar! If I were you I wouldn't change it :) thanks for sharing your story it was a very interesting read! Very useful for other members I assure you! I'm going to be putting a new topic together of Audis from around the world. Would you mind if I used your pic of your a6 or feel free to post the pic in the topic? Cheers steve -

When was your air con last serviced? And pollen filter changed? There could be stuff trapped within the system. Might be worth having the system checked. Where does the smell originate from (front or rear)? If it's front could there be a leak into the cabin under the dash? (Through the bulkhead) Cheers steve

Not sure to be honest, I'm still trying to get definitive numbers for vag Tuner Live also.

Erm, it could affect the regen being carried out. Normally it's the egr cooler that's at fault rather than the egr. Normally you change both though. Cheers steve

Missing you too Brad! But it's understandable, work can get busy!

Your welcome :) its worth replacing the relay. But like you I'm unsure if there's a module. As long as the dpf isn't nearly full it should do the Bergen ok once fixed :) in terms of the egr and egr cooler, replacing them is an expensive job. You'd probs be looking in the region of £1000. When I worked at Volkswagen in the service department it was common of VWs to come with this problem. It was mainly the 1.6 and 2.0tdi which were common. Cheers steve

Hello Matt, yes I do believe the dpf regent will not occur if the heater plugs have stopped working. Not sure if the egr problems are connected to the heater plugs not working though. But I would doubt it. Cheers steve

Welcome to the forum James :) youll find the members on here are a friendly bunch and will help you where they can :) i would suspect at 4 years old your car is due an air con regas or service. This should be done ever 2-3 years as the air con looses gas over time. A regas should cost around £35 and a full service should be around £60. On a full service they'll check for leaks and change the filter. cheers steve

Your welcome :) id love the weather more if my air con worked lol

I'm with Gareth, I would certainly say your a4 has air con Brad :) May just need a regard or air con service. Regis should cost approx £30 and a full service should cost around £60. the worst case scenario for the air con not working is a failed pump/condenser. This is the problem with my a6 but iv been quoted approx £1000 to fix the system! In my case i know the air on doesn't work as the car puts econ on automatically and even when turned off it comes back on. Cheers steve
