  1. I'd speak to an auto electrican or Audi independent garage.
  2. Great walkthrough so far 👍
  3. I'd recommend looking on eBay including international sellers
  4. Could always remove the central silencer and welding in a straight pipe.
  5. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Could be an issue with the driver's door module
  6. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂

  9. Glad you got sorted. That makes sense, you get the same when the car goes on a rolling road
  10. Is it to do with the mechanism that controls the the window going up/down when opening/closing the door?
  11. Definitely sounds like an abs sensor or wiring. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up
  12. I think dealer would say no, but I'd recommend you speak to autologics or Audi retrofits as members have used them for retrofits and been happy with the results
  13. I'd say it wouldn't be worth the extra in my opinion. Let's be honest you could buy a cheap one, loose it or similar and replace it with the same one cheaper than an Audi one.
  14. It might do but it might be better to get the noise checked by a garage.
  15. Easiest option is to just replace it with stock. I know with the Bose system once it's messed about with the amp can decide not to allow speakers to work etc. Not sure if the b&o system is the same
  16. No the motor shouldn't need coding I think.
  17. Sounds like a good plan 🙂 glad it's mechanically sound. Definitely worth doing work on in my opinion
  18. My advice would be to get it to a dealer for them to have a look.
  19. That's good then 🙂
  20. Who's up for simply Audi next year? My A6 should be back on the road by then and I'll bring my daughter along to her first ever car show. Like this year's show, Meet point is: Tesco Esso Express Hythe Esso Express Beaulieu Rd SO45 4JH
  21. Could it be the MAF sensor?.
  22. Could it be a sticking brake caliper?
  23. It's the torque you need to look at most. Think you would feel.the difference. Have you looked at Celtic tuning or darkside developments.
  24. The glow plug module on the 2.0 diesel Q5 is located in the plenum chamber, so the area behind the bulkhead under the plastic shield.
  25. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Could it be an issue with the module/ballast
