  1. I've just noticed, one the clubs current advertiser's does custom hoses! Go to the bottom of the website to see the ad/link. You should get a discount
  2. You're welcome, that I'm not so sure. You might find the issue won't be getting it down but getting it back up and sealing properly
  3. You're welcome, please keep us posted on how you get on
  4. You're welcome. Totally agree I'd loath to scrap it too!
  5. That's such a kind offer. Hopefully someone will have them 🙂
  6. The part number should be on the back of the headlight. It should look similar to this "8V0941773C"
  7. Sorry to hear about this. I've found two on eBay but no picture on either ad. https://ebay.us/m/z4olYt https://ebay.us/m/SfVhSA https://www.oemvwshop.com/8e2819371ad-coolant-hose-p1124411/ The other option is to take the pipe and ask a hose specialist to make a replica.
  8. It can be done. Heres how to do it: https://www.vwaudiforum.co.uk/forum/archive/index.php/t-193233.html
  9. Have you tried eBay? Quite a few on there: https://ebay.us/m/Mrz7yY https://ebay.us/m/1LLkwS https://ebay.us/m/nKzHhi https://ebay.us/m/7URvWa
  10. If you've authorised a third party app to access your car (via the Audi APIs) in order to set timers then that's likely to be the cause of the problem. This link should help. https://www.e-tronforum.com/threads/charge-timer-randomly-enables-itself.6994/
  11. This could be a starter motor issue or crank sensor issue. Or according to this thread the sensors that have decide on fuel delivery can be mapped out: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.audi-sport.net/xf/threads/197826/%3famp=1

    Underpowered?

I mean for peace of mind you could get a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Or alternatively get it remapped.
  13. That's a new one on me. Glad you got sorted.
  14. You can buy sticker kits from ebay that go over the original switches. Very common issue on Audi's of that era. My A6 is the same. https://ebay.us/m/8AMJc7
  15. Good plan. Please keep us posted on how you get on
  16. Had a search through the forum, a fellow member had a similar issue and it was the injectors: https://www.audiownersclub.com/forums/topic/27168-rough-idle-sometimes/ Could it be throttle body issue? https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.audi-sport.net/xf/threads/419589/%3famp=1
  17. Yep I mean the copper seals but if you've changed them then that's good. I know what you mean, it'd be very unlikely all 6 to go at the same time.
  18. Hope it's covered by warranty 🙂
  19. Sorry to hear of your issue, but well done for the diagnostic work done so far. Could this be an injector seal leaking I wonder? Or bad injector in general?
  20. Thanks for the heads up. Definitely worth noting got other members.
  21. Keep us posted on how you get on
  22. Fingers crossed it's covered under warranty 🤞 what are you planning on upgrading to?
  23. As per my previous advice it definitely could be the megatronics unit. You could try and get the gearbox oil changed to see if that helps.
  24. Looks stunning! Love that interior
