  1. Fingers crossed it's the matrix 🤞
  2. Thank you 🙂
  3. The rebuild of my A6 c5. Engine blew up in Feb. So getting prepped for the rebuild of the engine and refurbishment of other parts.
  4. Might be better to source a second hand one from eBay or similar as I can appreciate they're expensive new.
  5. Not got any guides on this. I'm surprised it's that sensitive! Any fault codes on any diagnostic checks at all?
  6. Don't think we do discount codes for them. Might be worth you looking for local Audio specialists.
  7. You're welcome 🙂 please keep us posted on how you get on 👍
  8. The problem youll have, even if you find a black replacement it won't colour match 100% I'd definitely try eBay if it were me though
  9. No probs at all glad we could help 🙂 please keep us posted on how you get on
  10. Glad you got sorted 🙂 I was in the right area lol.
  11. Just want to wish all you dads and soon to be dads a happy father's Day 🙂
  12. Make sure there's proof of gearbox service and quattro system service. Dpf and egr failures are 2 expensive bills.
  13. How strange. Could be the fuel pump or fuel rail?
  14. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂
  15. You'd be fine to run without it in my opinion. They're just for asthetics. So you'd definitely save some weight. If you want to save more weight definitely look at carbon parts or ditching other parts like rear seat, spse wheel, boot carpet etc. You could even create extra vent holes in the bumper to aid cooling and save weight. I fully get where your coming from as my brother races.
  16. Which engine and gearbox Frank? Check YouTube videos for buyers guides.
  17. Thinking it could be the oil cooler 🤔 https://www.audi-sport.net/xf/threads/a6-2-5-tdi-oil-in-water-help.115255/ https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/336971-coolant-service-warning-in-skoda-superb-v6-25-tdi/

Hmm how interesting. Is it worth speaking to Audi to see if Audi are no longer supporting it?
  19. Hmm how odd. Any rough running? Could it be a crank sensor, cam sensor, maf sensor or lambda sensor

It might just be a case the head unit needs a software update.
  21. Definitely worth watching buyers guides on YouTube. As I say service history is key. Dpf and egr issues are known. Check when Cambelt and water pump were lat changed. That's what I thought with the radio, it could be interesting to get it sorted.
  22. The supplying dealer is lying to you in my opinion. I'd seriously be looking at getting your money back from finance company if you can.
  23. Have you done a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up?
  24. I'd look for a second hand one. New one will be at least £300
  25. I'd recommend changing the bulbs and maybe getting a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Could also get an auto electrican to che k for shorts in the wiring etc.
