  1. That's odd, never heard of that before. You might need a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up and get the key checked.
  2. Thanks kev
  3. Have you had a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up? If you think you've got a fuel leak get this checked at a garage asap. Check fuel rail and injectors.
  4. Is it this one? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/155409988206?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=7U4-ZkdOS_6&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=IE07kO4STZy&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
  5. Exactly. It's their job to fix it. Or demand for your money back.
  6. Sorry just seen you've added the colour code to the title description 🤦‍♂️
  7. This is the responsibility of the supplying dealer to sort. You have 30 days for a full refund or for dealer to fix FOC if the vehicle is not up to standard.
  8. We're hearing this a lot from Audi tradition. Apparently it's because the UK isn't in the European union anymore. My advice would be to try eBay. If you're looking for your exact colour code for interior trim this should be on a sticker in the spare wheel well. Or the inside front cover of your service book.
  9. Just to add my 2 pence worth, you're right the engine is chain driven. As such hear out for any chain rattle on start up. Has the quattro system been serviced? Has the gearbox been serviced?
  10. I'd recommend you speak to autologics or Audi retrofits as members have used them for various retrofits and been happy with the results. Won't be cheap though
  11. Can't be done using VCDS. As you have a 2019 car you can buy the dongle from Kufatec https://www.kufatec.com/en/coding-di...for-audi-41880. this should work fine most of the time, however from 2021 cars onwards it is no longer offered. I understand that it is possible to activate it with the VCP tool https://vcpsystem.com. There is a lady with the user name sarah1331 on both the VWAudi Forum and the AudiSport Forum who I believe lives in South Yorkshire who has VCP and may be able to help you Alternatively you could speak to autologics or Audi retrofits as members have used them for various retrofits and been happy with the results
  12. If you e bought it within the last 30 days then get it back to the garage you bought it from as they should fix it FOC
  13. £1300! That's mad. I suppose a second hand part could be an option too?
  14. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag. Could it be an imobiliser issue?
  15. Only just spotted this. Is the poster still available and how much is it?
  16. So I've had a quote from an engine rebuilder that Steve recommended. Very knowledgeable company and to rebuild my engine will cost around £5,220. That includes: £3,400 for all new internals. Including new Cambelt and water pump. Block and heads the same. £1200 new injectors (my choice) as mine are 21 years old. £590 for a genuine Audi turbo. Total so far is £5,220 I've asked for additional costs of changing thermostat while they're at it. But not had a price for this yet. I'm going to ask them to quote for replacement clutch and duel mass flywheel. If I'm doing it I may as well go the whole hog?!
  17. It's either monsoon or Daytona.
  18. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 😃
  19. Does your mmi actually support it?
  20. No probs at all 🙂 please keep us posted on how you get on
  21. No probs at all. The radio you have may depend on which one you can fit.
