  1. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. When was the gearbox last serviced? Could it be an issue with the megatronics?
  2. I think current owner is sick of spending money on it!
  3. Servicing is key. Any proof of major work too. Proof of gearbox oil changes and oil changes on the quattro system. Make sure all electronic items work such as AC as they can be expensive to fix. Also check out YouTube buyers guides
  4. Under MOT rules MOT testers can only check the parts are fitted, not if they've been blanked out of the ECU. Garages are suggesting this as it's far cheaper than changing the egr.
  5. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up before changing any parts.

Don't buy a cheap Chinese one that's all.id say. Look online for turbo specialists such as turbo technics etc.
  7. I've had a look online and struggling. My advice is to speak to Audi for them to tell you the exact colour.

  13. Have you done a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up?
  14. Also could the battery be failing causing electrical issues?
  15. It might be easier to source a second hand one from eBay.
  16. I think you might need a second opinion. But the light could come on even if the timing is out by 1 tooth.
  17. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 Norway is a beautiful country!
  18. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. This could be an imobiliser issue.

I think you'd need the module and wiring harness for it to work and get it coded.
  23. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Best taking it to darkside for this as they've done lots of work on it already.
  24. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up.
  25. Looks a good project. Could it be injector seals rather than the injectors? I'd recommend doing a full service. Check the brake pads, sometimes the wires and sensor that warns of worn brakes can in fact break.
