Think n5d is a beige leather if I'm not mistaken?
This link has numerous Audi codes which might help:

Steve Q's post in Inlet Manifold needed was marked as the answer
I've been having similar issues with my older A6. I've resorted to my mechanic giving me the party number then searching that part number on eBay. This method has not let me down yet. Wider your search to international sellers too as this is what I had to do.

It can't be disabled from my knowledge as it's part of the safety system.

Looks like some of the pixels have gone on your LCD screen, however I think I can identify it as a bulb out.

Steve Q's post in Audi a3 8p 1.4 more power was marked as the answer
I'd recommend a stainless steel straight through exhaust, induction kit and then the remap. Obviously you could look at upgraded cams, manifolds etc but is it worth it?

Steve Q's post in Phone was marked as the answer
There are different types. It's the back contacts that are most important as they have to match. You could try a vin decoder as it should give you the options list on your car which might help narrow down which one.
Alternatively there should be a part number on the cradle. If you speak to Audi parts department they should be able to advise which phone matches the cradle.

Steve Q's post in Some MFSW buttons stopped working was marked as the answer
I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. It could be a clock spring and it's not unheard of them failing.
