  1. It is possible that the pistons and windup mechanics needs a clean . Also does it feel on both wheels or one ? It might be one of the epb motors failing. Have you had vcds scan to see if there are any faults ?
  2. Take one out and check if its led or not
  3. Spot on . No way a 10 year old battery will be ok .
  4. Injectors is first i would look at
  5. I vote battery , as like i said i had same problem
  6. Ive looked in the manual and there is no mention about manual boot opening ... Put the back seats down and try this way to put the battery back
  7. Yep thats the original :)
  8. Similar symptoms to mine few months ago. Battery went flat and had AA come over to get me going again. My battery was original so after 12 years it had enough lol . New one was close to £200 if you need to charge up or start the car under the bonet on the left top side you have + and ground terminals
  9. They look 19 for me
  10. These are the rs4 wheels . I have the part number on my laptop . Will send later on Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/201917404401
  11. My dash cam does that . Remembers last 30 days routes and when plugged to pc it uses google maps to mao out all jurneys I used to use it when i had company car and had to declare milage Presonaly i dont like locations on my phone and i have them off at all times 😂😉🤗🤔😜
  12. Dry???!!! 😖😖😖 you might as well rub the car with sandpaper , same result scraches , swivle marks, ...
  13. Clearcoat is porous so each time you clean or polish you remove all dirt from the creaters , hence better shine and paint underneeth is more visible. Wax or sealant is used to fill in pours creating a smooth finish so dirt dust sticks less.
  14. Thats the problem why you got dust that sticks :)
  15. Polishing and washing is one but have protected the work you did ? Any wax sealants ? Best way to wash this off is snowfoam as it will break down the dirt This is me having fun with carplan snowfoam
  16. On one of facebook groups someone has posted a web that shows how many cars are left/produced from each model That got me thinking so i did a bit of research and i might be wrong but ...:) My a6 c6 3.0 tdi quattro sline lemans is from october 2006 . According to the web there were only 17 produced. Also my vin is ending 002... could this be 2nd produced for uk ???.... Does anyonr have a friend or works at audi thst this can be checked ? I know this is a long shot is this worth checking or its just me going mad !!!??? Here is the web . Accoring to this there is only 229 left out of 253 produced for uk https://www.howmanyleft.co.uk/vehicle/audi_a6_s_line_le_mans_quattro
  17. Also you havent been to audi for any service same time or after ? They seem to load new engine maps in secret after the emition fiasco ....
  18. Lol https://therealtransporter.wordpress.com/2013/01/08/mmi-hiddensecret-green-menu-how-to-enable-and-access/
  19. Did you had remap done after ? As you changed exhaust flow car may read diffrent figures
  20. Green menu ? Holding setup press car. But it might need to activated firts. Btw there is nothing in the menu that is useful . Most of it is basic setup amd info. Messing with them can cause issues
  21. Led and audi dont get along . Especialy any audi from 2004 - 2011. Problem is with hard coded fault checking and hyperflash that cannot be switched off. Basicly the car sends current every 30 sec and reads out resistance. With led resistance being so low comparing to standard bulbs car thinks bulbs are faulty showing errors. Also the current couses led to flash every few minutes . Canbus led works on some audis and most times it dosent . Also adding resistors helps but then need to be minimum 50ohm.
  22. It must be even more annoying for drivers on the other way
  23. My left is shaking as well. Im planing to take it out and have a look inside as most likley one brakets holding the lense is lose or self leveling mechanisim ...
  24. What audi? what year ?
  25. Cambelt its usaly 5years max. It loses strenght over time and can break causing lots of issues
