  1. Hi, I have the same problem with the same tyre spec. Have you had any feedback from Dunlop? I am getting my tyres replaced tomorrow so can probably keep one back as an example.
  2. Thanks Rastaman, you're right it sounds virtually identical.. doesn't seem to relate to the noise I can hear on acceleration then. Thanks anyway! I'll get the dealer to look at it.
  3. Thanks Rasta, Sounds a lot smoother. If you got the chance to do a quick video with the bonnet up that would be even more helpful/ Much appreciated
  4. Thanks rastaman, I was thinking as I read that it'd be great to hear an "after" sound for comparison. Please do upload one as soon as you get the chance because I'd like to get this sorted and all the better if I can be certain what I'm listening for. How did you present it to the dealers? Call me a cynic but I don't really expect it to go as smoothly as you described!
  5. That's reassuring, thanks. It's just driving around with windows down in the heat I can hear this clatter reflecting back when I drive past a wall/parked cars etc. V offputting!
  6. I should add: engine was warm when videoing. Noise is same on cold.
  7. Hmm, it does not sound too dissimilar to this clip of the identical engine in an A6.
  8. Hi Folks, have noticed the engine sound recently (I'm MY2015 on about 35000 miles) I saw Rastaman's post and my engine seems to share the lower end dubdubdubdub sound with his, and I think some of the more high frequency noises are audible because the bonnet's up. Any comment on whether it should sound this busy? Sound is still around when pulling at low revs too. Thanks
