I had the same problem with my a4 b5 the water eventually built up so much that it made its way into the footwell. There is a drainage hole under the battery after I cleared the hole out by ramming a screwdriver down it the problem was solved. I used this YouTube video to help me. Hope This helps A bit :)

I think the top one disables the motion alarm for when you leave a dog or a person etc in the car when locked to avoid the alarm going off. The bottom one disables the tilt alarm for when you are towing the car or jacking it up whilst locked. Hope this helped :)

Oh yes sorry I didn't look at how new your Audi was I'm used to working on the more older models I hope you find the problem I will try to help where I can good luck :)

I have heard this humming noise before from a 2002 b6 a4 we took it to the garage and they said it was the steering rack which was leaking therefore creating the humming noise when turning. My advice would be check your power steering fluid and see if it leaks or not and if it does leak I would check the condition of the steering rack and go from there, hopefully it might just be that the power steering fluid level is low. I hope it goes well :)

Used the cable today and has cleared the fault and the Audi passed its MOT very happy 😀

Hi i have a 1999 Audi A4 2.8 Quattro and the air bag light has been on now for almost a year now and the MOT is coming up soon and i would like to get this issue resolved before it. Can anyone help? Thanks
