I have an ‘10 plate and recently had the tyre pressure light appear - no problem, done the tyre pressures etc but Im struggling to reset the light. I have tried the following: - Reset through the dash menu (button on the underside of the wiper switch) - tyre system doesn’t appear at all. - My model doesn’t have an MMI so nothing on the centre console. - There’s not a button in the glove box or under the steering wheel nor is there a button on the centre console - Have increased all the tyres to 36 psi and this hasn’t reset it. (Was told by an Audi Dealership that ‘this is what you’re meant to do’) - Have plugged into a universal computer, it registers the TPMS but won’t let me access it any further. Basically Im at my wits end 🤣 my next go to is unplugging the battery (pending radio code!) but following that would be taking it to an Audi specialist or booking it into my local Audi which is looking to be £80… just to plug it in.. which I don’t want to do as I’ve phoned 5 different dealerships in the same chain and each one’s told me something different! One even said my car shouldn’t have TPMS whilst I stared at the TPMS light. Any suggestions appreciated but feel like I’ve probably exhausted them all!

Hey Guys, Help needed please. Have a temperamental Audi a7 that starts fine "sometimes" then other times kicks up a ESP fault alarm and wont start. once this alarm shows i get a host of other random alarms also TPMS fault Gearbox Malfunction Parking Brake Headlight range control then when i switch off the car, lock it and reopen and switch on it will start most times and the alarms are no longer showing. when the car is running it runs fine. I have replaced the battery and cleared the alarms in the car but the same problems persist. This car had a new gearbox and engine seals also done by audi over the last 2 years. other parts replaced where the brake disks, pads, wishbones, track arms, grease boots. general service wear and tear stuff. HHHEEEEELLLLLLPPPPP Please! 😫 Cheers Guys

I'm getting randomly Three Warning Lights come on together, Stability, TPMS and Steering Angle with a loud BEEP! I've tried to scan the system I did find a few code stored? An Engine one U111300 but can't find and info on this one? A Steering Angle one 00778 and a second one for a steering sensor 03110 The thing is I don't know what to do next? Not taking it to Audi for a huge BILL! Anyone know where I should start looking? Thanks

Hi All, Sorry my first comment on here is a negative one but I really need your help with issues with my Audi A7. I have owned it for a month and it is a Audi A7 TDi 2011. While driving on the motorway on a dry day, I have had a load of warning signals come up on my dashboard. The warning signals are as follows; ABS, TPMS failure, ESP, Auto/Start Stop disabled, vehicle parked too steep. The thing is, the car drives as it should apart from the start stop technology, handbrake works ok but the computer says it doesn't. I've tried a few searches which state it could be the ABS sensors that need cleaning or replacing? I have had a print out of the warning codes from the AA which are as follows; U111300 U101700 U111100 U112300 U107700 Please help as I am thinking mu already expensive purchase might cost even more :( Im based in Luton should anyone know a good mechanic. Thanks in advance

Hi All, I collected my new Q5 ten days ago. It’s a 2.0 TDI 190ps Stronic, as I was doing my first long drive yesterday on motorway TPMS warning came on. I was about 80 miles in to the journey. So I went to check the tyre pressure after it was parked for few hours to reinflate. Just wondering what is the right tyre pressure for this car please as I found out dealer filled all tyres to 50psi. Looking at manufacturers instructions it’s 38psi on full load (I could be wrong though) Also it’s bit bizarre that tyre pressure dropped with in a short time or not sure if weather conditions had anything to do with it. It was -2c on motorway when I was driving. Thanks in advance

So on the way home last night - good M-way speed and there is a loud bang, rattle of something around the wheel arch / bucket and then nothing more of note for a mile... I am sat there thinking if a tyre has gone then I will get a warning from the TPMS but as the M-way went to the left there was that ominous shimmy to the right. Made my way to the hard shoulder to find the O/S/R flat. On with the hazard lights, out with the warning triangle and time to acquaint myself with the spare wheel and tolls of the car. Warning triangle is so light and flimsy that every truck passing blew it down the hard shoulder towards me. Got the wheel off to find a perfectly round hole in the profile the size of my little finger. No TPMS warning??!! Got the space saver on and pulled away - 200 yards up the road TPMS pings up a warning. Better late than never I suppose. Now I understand that Audi TPMS works around the wheel rotation using ABS sensors (?) - how in the hell can it not detect an instantaneous deflation is my question? A couple of good points to come out of this experience are-: A: The car behaved well despite the sudden loss of a tyre to the point I did not notice for so long B: I have discovered that the Car will average over 55 MPG in the right circumstances (space saver spare on and cruise at around 60 on M-Way. Ironically on the way into work this morning (2 new boots on the back) and passing the exact location of yesterday's incident and the TPMS goes off again.

Hi there. I'm unsure if the TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System) in my 2014 A7 is working. Looking at the MMI screen - "Car'. "Service & Checks", "TPMS" - the display then presents the option to store the current tyre pressure. If the option is selected, the display then reports "Pressures Stored".. Should the display then show an image of the a with four 'green' tyres ?? (Can't remember if this used to be the case, or was that on my previous car - which was not an Audi) Any advice welcomed, apart from "Ask A Main Dealer !! .

Hi, I am from a company called Tyresure based in the Midlands. We deal with the TPMS (Tyre pressure monitoring system) of cars. we need to test an Audi from around the 2006-2008 year range, which is fitted with direct tpms sensors. This is rare in Audi's and the owner has to usually opt to have this an extra option in their car. We are looking at either buying an Audi or if someone is willing to let us rent their Audi for a few days. please get in touch if you think you have an Audi for us. Thank you Jade
