Hi All, just looking out for recommendations for brake pads and discs... any particular brands I should get or avoid... I've got a4 b9 2017 2.0 quattro Thanks for your help in advance

My brake pad warning light is on and wont go off the wire that connects to the pads is broken so it got cut and tapped when it was last in the garage,im not to fussed for the warning light as ill go back to the old school way and listen but is there any way of getting the warning light to stop flashing a fuse or some thing that coukd be disconnected??
