Help please? Hi all. My car has been on the drive for 3 months due to lockdown. I have been washing it. I got in it today to move it and when I turned the wheel it has a crunching sound towards the left wheel I thought it was a stone caught in the wheel but it continued when I drove up and down the street. I found online it could be peer steering but mine is electro mechanical so it seems this does not have fluid. Then it could be something with a ball bearing on the steering column?? I fear I will have to take it to the garage. It was fine before but maybe 3 months stood still has caused something to break. Would be good to get your thoughts and if I will be safe driving to the garage. Huge thanks. Linda To

Hi all, I have an Audi A3, 2015, S-Line, 2.0 TDI, Diesel and I have recently heard a faint grinding or crunching noise coming from the engine area, like a 'Skrrr Skrrr' noise when the engine is stationary. I have taken it to Audi several times and they are unable to rectify the fault. I am concerned that it could lead to something major and cost me a pretty penny in the future. I have attached a video for the sound to be heard hopefully over the loud diesel engine. If anyone would be kind enough to identify the noise or fault, it would be highly appreciated. IMG_2649.MP4
