Hi, I have recently bought a 12 plate Audi Q3, which I am delighted about, however, the sat nav doesn’t appear to work and I was hoping someone might be able to assist or point me in the right direction. For context the car has the original Europa 2012 SD card installed. But when I go into the settings it says “0 Satellites found”. Having poured over previous threads on various forums I’ve come across 3 potential solutions. 1- The outdated maps need replacing with a more current version, thus fixing the issue. 2- The firmware is outdated, hence the Sat nav no longer working. For reference it has RMC_EU_P11474. 3- The GPS antenna has stopped working and needs replacing. I’ve contacted the local Audi dealer and they believe it’s most likely a firmware/software issue, but haven’t told me if it’s something they can rectify. They’ve also quoted me £330 for the 2024 Europa SD card and installation. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I have created a complete guide on how to upgrade MMI 2G and 3G to the latest version of the firmware - 5570. The key thing here is that in the tutorial I am showing you how to not brick your Bose AMP in the process. No special tools or VCDS required. If you use the links to download the updates the only thing that you will need is blank CDs. If you have any questions let me know. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0cajxNC4TGo&t=0s

Hi, If there is anyone looking to update their Audi A8 MMI firmware and sat-nav database, I have a full set of genuine Audi SD cards, one for the firmware (HN+R_EU_AU_K0900), one for the sat-nav database (6.22.4) and the third card which is the official licence. I also have the instructions and can provide e-mail support should it be needed. £160.00 only. Reply to this post if you are interested.

Hi all, Brand new Audi A6, bit of trouble with pairing iPhone 5s, wondering if anyone else is encountering similar problems. iPhone 5s iOS 9.3.2 Audi Bluetooth firmware 3.7 (latest I believe...hopefully they roll them out the factory on the latest update!) Phone pairs with Audi, phone pairs for media and plays media though MMI/car stereo no problem (this includes music, and general phone sounds such as volume up, lock screen etc etc). However when making calls there is no audio link even though the phone dials and automatically selects the Audi device for speaker connectivity (rather than iPhone or iPhone speaker) I feel it's more likely to be an iOS bluetooth bug with the latest software update as I've had varying degrees of bad luck with other Apple devices on the same build. Anyone else having any of these troubles? Cheers in advance.
