Hi All, I'm New to the forum, and need some advise please? I have a A4 cabriolet B6 2004,(CVT) and recently I have noticed this single knock/pop noise coming from low down in the car and can be felt more in the foot-well towards the middle of the car. This is only happening when i turn right and travailing above 15 mph+ and is always a single knock. I have just had new CV joints fitted so this can be ruled out i think, but just wanted to get some advice and if anyone else has had a similar issue? Thanks

Hi All Just purchased a 2010 A5 Cabriolet Quattro 2.0 TSFI with 57k on the clock and i've noticed if I rock the steering wheel back and forth there is quite a substantial knocking sound coming from the steering. Sounds like there is some play in the steering rack and it's knocking around however this is only 5 years old and done 57k so not what I would expect to hear. There is no play in the steering and the car drives fine. It mostly noticeable while stopped although I can still hear it when moving it's just masked by more engine/road noise. Any advice would be great. Thanks George
