Hi All. this started a week ago. The sunroof blind works fine. No issues at all. The sunroof does not open much - the motor sounds okay, it opens about 2 inches - upto the point where the wind deflector should start to rise up - then clunks and stops. It closes okay. seems to not be the motor as that doesn’t sound to be struggling at all. Lots of squeaks like it’s dry then a clunk and it stops dead, but I can’t get to the rail/ track to grease it. Does anybody know how to manually wind it open, on a 2018 MK2 FY model - so I can see the tracks and lube them up 🙂

Have just received our A6 Avant back from the body shop after some repairs, and have noticed that the retractable luggage cover is only sliding back about a third of the way. It moves up and down fine when the boot opens and closes, although only the first third. Is there a trick to resetting this? I called Audi and they suggested holding the boot close button for about 10 seconds to reset, which I didn't think would work as I'd just seen a video on another forum about using that to set the boot height. Any help appreciated.

Hi all I recently bought a 2008 Audi A6 2.0 TDI Sline Automatic transmission (7 gear). This is my first Audi and my dream car actually, but it has a problem. When I park the car and put the gear into the P mode, the gear is stuck in the park mode. When I want to drive it again, I need to reset it from a hole, just under the ashtray. In someone else's words, 'If your car is stuck in park and won't shift out, ... look under the ashtray and you'll see a hole, into which you can stick something to disengage the lock (white button) that prevents the car from going into drive when it's in park.' By the way, It is stuck 5 in 10 times. The problem does not exist all the time. I do not know any mechanics around here and I am not good at understanding car problems. I will go to a local garage this Wednesday, but I do not know them. May I ask if anyone had a similar problem before? I will be very happy if you give me an idea about how much it will probably cost. Hi All I have a 2013 Audi A3. Couple of days back I noticed that my navigation is stuck at an offroad location and no matter what I do - the location does not change on my navigation screen. I have tried several things like resetting the MMI , pulling out the sd card and back in again, restart the car but the problem does not go away. Can anyone help me with this please ? Cheers
