Have a 17 plate C7 S6. Its been back to my local Audi dealership 6 times to fix a leaking panoramic sunroof. Sunroof cassette has been taken out and sunroof seals have been replaced twice and it's still leaking - they haven't a !Removed! clue. I've paid £1,800 so far and I've had enough of their incompetence. Can anyone recommend an automotive water leak specialist in Lancashire (North West) that can solve this issue. Thanks for any recommendations .....

Hi All. this started a week ago. The sunroof blind works fine. No issues at all. The sunroof does not open much - the motor sounds okay, it opens about 2 inches - upto the point where the wind deflector should start to rise up - then clunks and stops. It closes okay. seems to not be the motor as that doesn’t sound to be struggling at all. Lots of squeaks like it’s dry then a clunk and it stops dead, but I can’t get to the rail/ track to grease it. Does anybody know how to manually wind it open, on a 2018 MK2 FY model - so I can see the tracks and lube them up 🙂

Hi, guys. I wanted to share my experience with exploding sunroof glass. Audi service was quite amazing but I want to give you a heads-up just in case that this will appear to be a common issue with all 2017+ models. Of course if something like that will happen to you make sure to stop somewhere and take few pictures before the glass will start falling apart. That will definitely help you with getting that sorted for free as a part of warranty. Anyway I was just cruising when I heard a loud bang over my head and felt little pieces of glass falling on me and my girlfriend like some snow 🤦‍♂️. I have called Audi and they collected the car and delivered a replacement car same day. The car was back with me 4 days later and they said that the sunroof glass was defective so it was replaced under warranty. I'm off leaving you with some pictures. 💪

Hi everyone, I noticed that the right side of my sunroof sits about 3mm higher than the left side. I think this may have been caused by accidently opening the sunroof when it was iced up a few days ago. The roof operates normally in all functions but just doesn't sit completely flush. I checked the tracks and there are no blockages of any kind. I need to fix this before it worsens. Does anyone know what could be the problem? Is it likely to be one of the motors is now out of sync and needs a recalibration? Audi don't have time to see me until Jan 17th so I need other solutions. Thanks!
