Hi had to be recovered yesterday as temp gauge alert came on and needle would rise above 110. Topped levels ran at idle as advised still rising. AA could find no fault leaks or anything. Only thing was reading 105 on diagnostic and 90 on car gauge. Set off again and as soon as I got going needle rose and warning sign came on so got recovered. What are your thoughts please. Thermostat/electrical problem/impeller water pump? Is this a common fault. Mileage 67700. Regards Rich Walsh
